EXPERIENCE

As a core member of the Leeds Melanoma MDT, I participate weekly in the multi-professional management of patients with malignant melanoma and other skin cancers. I undertake surgery for all stages of malignant melanoma (I-IV), including sentinel node biopsy, block dissection, and surgery for advanced local disease. Previously, I spent two years working at St George's Melanoma Unit, where I developed a research interest in sentinel node biopsy, co-authoring two major papers.

My hand surgery experience has a heavy emphasis on trauma, including complex industrial injuries and major amputations, as well as a broad spectrum of elective hand surgery. Working with orthopaedic surgeons during my fellowship year allowed me to become confident in complex hand fracture management techniques.
